Indoor Air Quality Methods
Environmental Analytical Service has been providing analytical services for indoor air quality for almost 30 years. Our focus is using the EPA Indoor Air Quality Methods known as the IP methods. These methods were developed by EPA for the purpose of getting lower detection limits then were available with the NIOSH or OSHA workplace methods which generally involved solvent extraction of tubes or badges. Many of the methods are identical to the EPA Ambient Air Methods known as the TO methods. The table below shows the common indoor air tests with the IP method and the equivalent ambient air method.
